OVERVIEW

Please review the following policies carefully, before making your  purchase. 

This refund policy applies to all digital or downloadable goods, services, and all other products, including physical products, icy applies to all physical products, whether sold online, in person, or by any other means

Physical Goods: After notifying the Psychic Spectrum in writing, your request for a refund, will be considered when you list the reasons and any other factors as to why you are making the request. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase.

Refunds issued on physical goods, will be issued minus the processing fee associated with the sale purchase price

All Services: including Private Reading Appointment Payment, Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Thank you, for respecting our scheduling process and appointment times. 

Our policies are designed to protect both our clients, and the time reserved specifically for each appointment by the Psychic Spectrum

All appointments booked with the Psychic Spectrum, are pre-paid in full, through our secure online payment processing system. The total appointment fee is $160.00, which includes a $10.00 non-refundable processing fee

Note: After payment completion, you will be contacted by Sha’ron, to schedule your appointment time(s)

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time

Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment times, as well as any missed appointments, will be subject to a $40.00 cancellation/missed fee

Because payment processing fees are charged immediately at the time of booking, the $10.00 processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

For eligible refunds, the following amounts will be retained by the Psychic Spectrum:

• $10.00 non-refundable processing fee 
• $40.00 cancellation/no-show fee 

Any remaining eligible balance, will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking, within 2 business days

You are responsible to make note of your scheduled appointments. The Psychic Spectrum does not provide any ‘reminders’, prior to the scheduled appointment

Missed appointments and late cancellations, prevent us from offering that ‘reserved appointment time’, to other clients, resulting in lost revenue for the Psychic Spectrum 

We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and respect for our scheduling policies

By booking and prepaying for an appointment through our website, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree, to the terms of this Appointment Payment, Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

We generally do not reschedule services sessions. The Psychic Spectrum must be notified within no less than 24 hours, advance notice of the scheduled appointment/service. Rescheduling is also subject to availability, and must be confirmed by the Psychic Spectrum

Refunds, and rescheduling of services, are considered at the sole discretion of the Psychic Spectrum. Event tickets to attend an event, are non transferable, to another individual

In the rare event that an event, an appointment, or service is canceled, we will notify participants and provide details, regarding possible refunds or rescheduling. The Psychic Spectrum reserves the right to cancel scheduled classes, programs, services, or special events, due to the registration, weather, disaster situations, and/or other conditions beyond our control.
