Refund Policy for Physical Goods

We offer a 10-day return policy for all defective psychical products only.
This refund policy applies to all digital or downloadable goods, services, and all other products, including physical products.
This refund policy applies to all physical products sold by the Psychic Spectrum, whether sold online, in person, or by any other means.
After notifying the Psychic Spectrum, in writing, your request will be considered for a refund request and whether it meets all criteria listed above, and any other factors in determining whether a refund is warranted. You may be asked to include a letter with the reasons for your refund request, and send it along with the product and your receipt to the Psychic Spectrum. No refunds will be given, without a receipt.

This refund policy applies to all Psychic Reading sessions, Talking To The Other Side sessions, Coaching sessions, and any and all other services provided by The Psychic Spectrum.
All payments for any and all services provided by the Psychic Spectrum are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
● Cancellation by the client,
● Failure to attend scheduled sessions.
● Dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes.
Clients may not reschedule sessions, unless they notify the Psychic Spectrum within 24 hours, advance notice.Rescheduling is also subject to availability, and must be confirmed by the Psychic Spectrum.
Only in exceptional cases, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of The Psychic Spectrum. For consideration for rescheduling, please contact us with your inquiries. Consideration to refund or reschedule, must be presented to the Psychic Spectrum within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Refund Policy for Events

Thank you for registering for our events. This No Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds.
This policy applies to all event tickets, passes, and related purchases.
All sales for event registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
● Change of plans or inability to attend.
● Dissatisfaction with the event experience.
Tickets are not transferable to another individual.
In the rare event that an event, an appointment, or service is canceled, we will notify participants and provide details regarding refunds or rescheduling. The Psychic Spectrum reserves the right to cancel scheduled
classes, programs, services, or special events, due to the low registration, weather, disaster situations, and/or other conditions beyond our control.
